Frequently Asked Questions
What are the FREE SHIPPING details? It's our pleasure to offer our customers free shipping for orders of
$15.00 or more shipped anywhere in the United States. However, we can't
afford to offer free shipping on smaller orders, so we include a shipping and
handling fee of $5.00 on orders less than $15.00.
Do you ship everywhere? Yes. Currently, we offer free shipping to all US addresses on orders of $15.00 or more. International orders are accepted but will require an additional charge for shipping. The actual amount charged for international orders will depend on the quantity/size of items ordered and current shipping rates.
How soon will my order ship? Most orders ship within 24 hours after checkout. Items in the Special Orders category will require extra time.

Do you accept returns? Yes. We will accept returns up to 10 days after you've received the shippment. You
are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) to us. If the product
has not been used, we will refund the cost of the item returned.
